World-wide sales to your customers are handled by FastSpring, so you do not need to worry about sale taxes or VAT.

FastSpring sends you payments once or twice per month, or as you agree with them. Formally, FastSpring sells the fonts themselves while they buy the fonts from you using a whole-sale price. You should account those pay-outs from FastSpring accordingly.
